Manufacturing Technician

Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical abilities, strong attention to detail, and an interest in supporting advanced engineering and production processes in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot precision components and subsystems following established procedures and engineering drawings.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.
  • Work with engineers and senior technicians to improve assembly methods and support new product introduction.
  • Document work performed, maintain accurate records, and follow all safety and cleanroom protocols.
  • Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.



Qualifications:



  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing/assembly experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in precision assembly, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or related high-tech manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, microscopes, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeters).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
