Process Engineering Technician Southern NH $38.50/hr. + Bonus \| 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (OT as needed) Are you ready to advance your career in manufacturing engineering? Advantage Technical is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support Power Conductor and Manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll work hands-on with both engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, optimize processes, train operators, and drive improvements that ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Monitor and support manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Troubleshoot process or equipment issues, documenting corrective actions. Train production personnel on equipment use, processes, and new product launches. Assist in product trials, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support tool maintenance, product startups, and process development activities. Identify and report safety issues while ensuring adherence to procedures. What We're Looking For Education/Experience: Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, OR 3 years directly related work experience. Additional 2 years of relevant industrial experience preferred. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical proficiency; ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems. Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, and other measuring tools. Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and desktop applications. Problem-Solving: Methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues. Effective analytical and decision-making skills. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with engineers, operators, quality staff, supervisors, and maintenance technicians at all levels. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience with mill tooling. Why Join?
