Process Engineering Technician

Southern NH $38.50/hr. + Bonus | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (OT as needed)

Are you ready to advance your career in manufacturing engineering? Advantage Technical is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support Power Conductor and Manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll work hands-on with both engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, optimize processes, train operators, and drive improvements that ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


What You'll Do


  • Monitor and support manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.



  • Troubleshoot process or equipment issues, documenting corrective actions.



  • Train production personnel on equipment use, processes, and new product launches.



  • Assist in product trials, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.



  • Support tool maintenance, product startups, and process development activities.



  • Identify and report safety issues while ensuring adherence to procedures.




What We're Looking For


  • Education/Experience:




    • Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, OR 3 years directly related work experience.



    • Additional 2 years of relevant industrial experience preferred.





  • Technical Skills:




    • Strong mechanical proficiency; ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems.



    • Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, and other measuring tools.



    • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and desktop applications.





  • Problem-Solving:




    • Methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.



    • Effective analytical and decision-making skills.





  • Teamwork:




    • Ability to collaborate with engineers, operators, quality staff, supervisors, and maintenance technicians at all levels.





  • Nice to Have:




    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.



    • Experience with mill tooling.
