- The QA Manager will ensure that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and meet customer expectations through continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO industry standards.
- Establish and maintain metrics to measure quality standards and procedures for production processes and finished products.
- Recommend quality control standards, policies, and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control engineers, inspectors, and technicians, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.
- Ensure all products meet quality specifications as agreed by customers.
- Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate the investigation and communication of customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control activities, including inspection records, test results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Provide input into proposals regarding quality and quality clauses to ensure customer requirements are met.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic manufacturing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing input on quality and quality clauses for proposals to ensure customer requirements are met.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Good background in inspection, manufacturing methods, and tooling.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quality management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
