CNC Machinist - 1st Shift Cudahy, WI Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM $25-$28/hour (based on experience) We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team in Cudahy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication and CNC machine operation, with a keen eye for precision and quality. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering consistent hours, a clean and safe work environment, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established company. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce metal components to exact specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machining requirements. Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine settings for efficient production. Monitor machining processes and inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and reduce downtime. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a metal manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of CNC operations and machining principles. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Skilled in setting up and maintaining CNC tooling and fixtures. Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail, quality-focused, and able to work independently or in a team setting. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
