Operator Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor computerized production equipment at high speeds - Perform regular checks on equipment to ensure efficiency and safety - Read and interpret work instructions, manuals, and safety protocols - Handle materials and assembly tasks with precision and care - Document production processes and perform basic math calculations - Stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs. of materials - Collaborate with team members and maintain positive working relationships - Volunteer for occasional overtime based on business needs Requirements For Operator: - Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality - Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment - Experience in production or manufacturing - Moderate computer skills beneficial - Ability to read, write, and complete production forms with accuracy - Willingness to contribute to team success QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
