Position Title: Production Specialist
Wage: $17.00 - $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:30am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday, Optional Overtime on Saturday) Be part of a team in Fort Atkinson, WI that designs, manufactures and distributes productivity tools for developing a brighter future. Production Specialist Responsibilities: - Read work orders to understand scope and details of assignments - Interpret basic blueprints and assembly instructions to perform duties - Ensure work area is stocked with parts, connectors, seals etc. to perform work - Prepare shortage report and replenish stock as needed - Set up and operate a variety of production machines to fulfill duties including soldering tool, screwdrivers, drills, cable cutters and related equipment - Clean and pack product - Read charts to identify the correct pop rivet for each bar - Check for non-conforming materials that don't pass the meter test - Prepare time studies, quality reports, etc. Requirements for Production Specialist: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Specialized training in assembly, production or electronics is helpful - Soldering skills - Good manual dexterity - Strong attention to detail - Good teamwork skills - Able to work independently without close supervision - Able to lift up to 50lbs jeffersonpcs@qpsemployment.com IND103 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
