Overview LMI is seeking a Policy & Compliance Analyst to support the development and execution of a compliance program at a national agency. The Policy & Compliance Analyst will be part of a team responsible for driving the modernization of compliance operations through innovative and sustainable solutions. They will support multiple phases of the project, ensuring policies, controls, monitoring activities, issue management, and investigations align to best practices. Lead policy and SOP inventory, coordination, drafting, and governance to ensure clear, current, and role-based guidance aligned to legal and ethical standards.
