Trimble is seeking a high-caliber SMB New Logo Account Executive to join our growing Civil SMB Sales Team. This is one of the fastest-growing markets in our business, serving small and medium construction companies. These business owners are often hands-on-running equipment during the day and managing operations at night. We need someone who understands that dynamic and can meet clients where they are.

The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role requires a self-starter who is highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable building strong client relationships. You'll be empowered to take the lead in driving business development, approaching each opportunity with confidence, persistence, and professionalism

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the SMB civil construction market.

• Build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

• Drive outbound engagement-confidently making calls, networking, and nurturing new relationships.

• Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed quota.

• Collaborate with internal product specialists, engineers, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.

• Stay current with Trimble software offerings, competitive landscape, and industry developments.

• 3+ years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience (construction software or civil industry background strongly preferred).

• A proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota.

• Strong phone presence-confident in outbound calling and initiating conversations.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory without constant oversight.

• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace tools.

• Prior experience in construction, civil engineering, or related industries is a significant plus.

Salary + variable = 140k OTE
