Operational Psychologist

This position requires an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

The Operational Psychologist will conduct live assessments of prospective candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated starting salary: $255,000 - $275,000. Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Operational Psychologist Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct full-scope structured clinical interview and interpret psychological data (IQ, personality, social skills, etc.)
  • Provide testing feedback to candidates as appropriate
  • Provide comprehensive assessment to leadership both verbally and in writing within 5 days of the evaluation
  • Reports must be comprehensive and include testing results as well as findings from clinical interview
  • Present assessments and participate in weekly screening boards
  • Administer and score psychological testing as needed
  • Complete continuing education units as required by state of licensure
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Operational Psychologist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • Ph. D. or Psy.D. with an emphasis in clinical or counseling psychology
  • Possess and maintain good standing and a current valid license to provide psychological services
  • Experience conducting assessments
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing psychology
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting robust assessments
  • Strong briefing and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%-20%
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
