What We Will Achieve Together:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control & Automation Engineer with strong expertise in sensor integration to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will focus on developing automation solutions that integrate advanced sensors, embedded controls, and communication systems to enhance product reliability and performance.

Base Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Select, integrate, calibrate, and validate sensors (temperature, flow, pressure, optical, wireless, etc.) for automation systems.

  • Select and integrate BLDC and AC motors into automation systems, ensuring proper interfacing with sensors and control logic.

  • Generate and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase ladder diagrams, including integration of motors, relays, safety interlocks, sensors, and actuators for industrial automation systems.

  • Support firmware and embedded control development for automation applications.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to design HMIs and automation interfaces.

  • Validate sensor/automation designs through reviews, test plans, and field trials.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control issues in prototypes and field systems.

  • Document integration results and transfer all validated designs into ERP/MRP systems.

  • Contribute to wireless/IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, mobile networks).

  • Support prototype builds and transition into production.


Requirements :

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.

  • Key Skills: PLC Programming, Control Systems Design & Implementation, HMI Development, Industrial IoT.

  • Core Competencies: Analytical & Problem-Solving-Ability, Attention to Detail, Project Management, Cross-functional collaboration, Innovation & Continuous Improvement.
