Your tasks Operate and monitor automatic CNCs Centers and fully automatic assembly line machines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts. Quality controls of the parts with manual gauges. Adjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCs Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Machining & assembly to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality. Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections. Your profile Prior experience in operating automatic CNCs and assembly lines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machining & assembly processes; ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality parts. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy objects as needed.
