We are currently seeking a Director of HQ Accounting. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in financial processes. The position may be based in Northville, Michigan and reports directly to the Executive Director, Finance of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proven experience managing complex financial operations and driving process improvements. Skills:
