This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

The Extended Service Agreement (ESA) Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the ESA category at Electrolux. This role is responsible for managing contract submissions, resolving claim discrepancies, validating data across internal and external systems, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. By driving process improvements, enhancing claims administration, and delivering actionable insights, the ESA Operations Specialist will help improve financial outcomes, strengthen vendor partnerships, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ESA contract submissions and oversee weekly/monthly data validations to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance

  • Collaborate with ESA vendors to resolve discrepancies in contracts and claims efficiently

  • Analyze sales and claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements

  • Partner with offshore teams to enforce contract policies and implement process enhancements

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce system variances and strengthen financial performance

  • Support the Senior Product Manager with vendor coordination, operational updates, and issue resolution

  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on contract status, claims performance, and improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, business operations, or administration

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

  • Experience navigating operational/financial systems and resolving customer or claims-related issues
