JOB SUMMARY The Events Planner is responsible for coordinating all logistical components for student, internal and external events on campus. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing and staffing all logistical and event planning components for key departments and individual schools/colleges as assigned on and off campus in order to promote and foster a continuing interest in the university. This position also assists in hiring, training, and overseeing a pool of student workers that will offer event support prior to and during events. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
