KI is seeking a Support Center Technician to join our IT team based out of our Corporate office in Green Bay.


Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat to corporate and remote users.
* Deploy new systems using imaging technology.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide resolution.
* Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
* Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer needs and concerns.
* Provide training and support to customers on the use of company products and services.


What you Need to Succeed:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Be able to work in a team environment.
* 1-3 years of experience in technical support role preferred.
* Customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical issues and resolutions accurately.
* Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various software applications.

The hourly rate for this role will be based on candidate's experience and qualifications, with the salary range starting at $22.50/hour.
