We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Centers of Excellence (CoE) and RELI Labs. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and help implement best practices and standardized solutions that drive organizational efficiency. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver customer-oriented solutions and capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Document business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to implement business solutions and best practices
- Collaborate with the development team in quality testing, validation, and documentation of delivered solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership
- Work in an agile team environment and contribute to an efficient delivery model
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Lean/Agile Methodology or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience working in Development teams
