Join us as a Associate Supervisor Manufacturing. Job Summary
The supervisor is the key link in the help chain for the rotation groups and team leaders. Holds the primary responsibility to provide resources, tools, and direction needed for the value adders to be as effective and efficient as possible. Oversees the day-to-day coordination and support of bargaining unit employees in rotation groups with team leaders in the manufacturing, assembly, and distribution of motorcycles and/or motorcycle parts. The majority of time is spent on the shop floor. Job Responsibilities
