We are currently seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer, PMA-268 but the position will be located in Philadelphia at the NAVSUP Facility. The Logistician will analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions in support of program requirements and will be responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.
Duties - Air Systems:
- Actively participates in acquisition / logistics round table events and activities and provide input.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Review Statements of Work, associated deliverables and contract documents that impact changes in naval aircraft or associated weapons systems.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
- Perform analyses on logistics requirements to support integration efforts.
- Provide support, execution and tracking of equipment and systems in support of deliveries.
- Determines logistics support resources needed for maintenance, technical data, training, facilities, and packaging requirements for weapon systems.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets specialized logistics Supply Support information.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project cost, schedule, and performance objectives in a timely manner.
- Engages with IPT's to coordinate and lead cross-functional team activities.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Actively participates in acquisition and sustainment group events and program reviews to communicate risk, issue, and opportunities in regard to the weapon systems cost, schedule, and performance.
- Actively manages program/project status and schedules.
- Develops and reviews Statements of Work, associated deliverables and contract documents that impact changes in naval aircraft or associated weapons systems.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
- Reviews and analyzes requirements to support integration efforts across the Naval Aviation Enterprise for the weapon systems readiness and sustainment objectives.
- Provide support, execution and tracking of equipment and systems in support of deliveries.
- Provide support to program functional managers in the development and update of maintenance program plans, provide information required to prepare/analyze/route technical reports, and recommend options for improvement of the product support and integration of the weapons system.
- Lead the development, preparation, and update of input to sustainment program briefs and technical reports to ensure data is accurate and consistent with approved plans and key program events.
- Provide material management support to the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Manager to ensure all GFE/Government Furnished Property (GFP)/Government Owned Material (GOM) contractual dates are met.
- Provide Material control support at MQ-25 Hangar. Tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing materials required for various training exercises, and documenting material locations.
- Interface with commercial vendors, track repairs, note deficiencies to IPT lead, monitor and prioritize repair workload, and address/resolve support equipment issues.
- Prepare and support Program Management Reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings with various stakeholders.
- Perform Annual GFE Inventories at multiple PMA-268 Asset Locations.
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the deliveries of GFE from PMA-268 to receiving parties.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong ability to coordinate, facilitate and schedule program level meetings.
- Strong and Efficient critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and time management skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with representatives from fleet activities, field and test organization activities, DLA, NAVSUP, and industry to ensure the Navy is provided the most capable and supportable war fighting system possible.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
Travel Requirements: Domestic Travel Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,952.32-$129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
