Temple University's Graduate Admissions Department at the Fox School of Business is searching for an Enrollment and Recruitment Specialist!

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000

A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, this position is responsible for the direct recruitment of candidates for a portfolio of degree and certificate programs offered by the Fox School of Business. The incumbent will be responsible for both actively promoting these program offerings and fielding inquiries from prospective applicants. This role will monitor and maintain relationships across the enrollment timeline, with the ultimate goal of converting prospective candidates to registered students. This work requires regular domestic and international travel.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* At least three (3) years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, higher education enrollment management, or a related field
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience
* Higher education experience

Required Skills and Abilities
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfort with public speaking
* Ability to quickly engage and form connections with individuals of diverse backgrounds
* Proficiency in standard computer software applications, such as Microsoft Teams, as well as specific software used in sales, recruitment, and admissions (customer relationship management software, application tracking systems, student information systems, etc.)
* Ability to regular travel to recruitment events, including those not accessible by public transportation or requiring a passport

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote). The duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
