We're actively seeking a talented Senior Marketing Generalist to join our Group Benefits Marketing team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha , NE. This role will serve as the primary marketing partner for our Distribution team, leading the intake, planning, and execution of initiatives that support sales and growth. You'll also oversee marketing operations, ensuring our campaigns and materials meet compliance, regulatory, and brand standards.
How You'll Help Move Us Forward:
Act as the lead marketing liaison for the Group Benefits Distribution team, managing requests and aligning deliverables with business goals. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Lead marketing operations, including:
Compliance and legal reviews In partnership with Compliance, state file tracking and response Project management and workflow optimization Digital print material ordering and shipping Vendor coordination and budget oversight
Ensure all marketing assets meet brand, legal, and regulatory requirements. Use data and insights to optimize campaign performance and improve marketing effectiveness.
