What you will do

Business manager responsible for profitability managing overall execution of customer portfolio . Meets contractual obligations and customer satisfaction objectives. Participates in contract renewal efforts. Analyzes overall JCI business with the customer to identify & communicate to the business, potential cost reduction opportunities and additional Facility Management offerings.

How you will do it

  • Under general direction, oversees all work performed within assigned customer(s) to meet
    contractual obligations and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Identifies execution and process improvement opportunities within assigned customer(s),
    develops and implements solutions to exceed customer expectations.

  • Develops and maintains close working relationships at multiple levels within assigned
    customer organization(s), and communicates and promotes company-wide offerings
    and expertise by acting as single point of contact.

  • Develops and maintains close working relationships with general, mechanical and electrical
    contractors, and engineers, that regularly contract with assigned customer(s).

  • Partnering with JCI sales and operations management teams, develops account expansion plans and
    pull-through of additional JCI offerings.

  • Participates in contract renewal efforts and promotes expansion of contract scope.

  • Meets profitability objectives of all scopes of work within assigned customer(s).

What we look for

  • BS Degree or equivalent is preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years HVAC / Facilities experience preferred.

  • Experience working within large, complex Healthcare facilities.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and communicate effectively with customers.

  • Progressive knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation systems.

  • Operational knowledge of other disciplines, i.e. engineering and sales, to communicate/integrate within those areas.
