Job Purpose

We're looking for a dynamicHR Business Partner to join our North America Human Resources team, supporting our Agriculture Commercial division. This roleplays a key part in delivering strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with people managers to design and implement innovative programs that support talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, and positive employee relations.
  • Lead organizational design efforts by evaluating roles, identifying critical skill gaps, and forecasting headcount needs.
  • Advise mid-level managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions to ensure fair and consistent employee treatment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, offering coaching and guidance to both employees and managers to drive development and accountability.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of total compensation strategies to support consistent and equitable pay and performance decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end staffing process, including identifying hiring needs, screening candidates, and participating in interviews and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and EEO regulations to support sound employment decisions.
  • Communicate HR policies, practices, and initiatives clearly across the business unit.
  • Administer employee lifecycle transactions using HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze workforce trends and develop key talent metrics to inform strategic HR decisions.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree inHuman Resource Management,Business Administration, or a related field and5+ years of professional experiencein an HR Generalist role, with proven expertise in core HR practices required.
  • Strong understanding of key HR functions, includingtalent and succession management,performance management, andmerit planning and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate functions, field sales and/or commercial teams within a large, global organization.
  • Proven success partnering with mid-level managers on talent acquisition and retention strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, capable of resolving challenges efficiently while balancing employee and company needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking abilities.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $72,750 - $111,550, plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
