About This Role

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Budget/Fiscal Officer within the college's shared services unit. Acting as a business manager, budget coordinator, office manager, HR coordinator, and personnel specialist for the Department of Computer Science, the role directs and controls resources for budgeting, fiscal operations, HR management, staff oversight, and financial reporting. The position also assists with overseeing and managing all facets of the department's business, financial, and administrative operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three years relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's in Accountancy or related field with one year experience
  • Experience with the MicroSoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, eForms, Cashnet, Concur, FIS, FIN, HRIS
