About the Role


Impact you will make


The Business Analyst works collaboratively with the Product Owners and Product Manager to understand the customer needs and business requirements to drive product value.



What you will do



  • Translate requirements of the product to the development staff, through Feature Definition and Requirement Writing


  • Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the appropriate level of detail
  • Develop new features and the maintenance and enhancements of existing functionality
  • Communicate effectively with team members and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Work directly with support organizations to understand product issues and translate to enhancements and bugs
  • Provide production release content understanding to the overall AR Optimizer Community
  • Participate in delivering team commitments



What you will bring



  • 2+ years of experience in Software Support/Installation/Development
  • Proficiency in the use of software development tools such as Jira and BigPicture
  • Experience in supporting/installing/developing software in an Agile environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with team members, onsite as well as remote



What we would like to see



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Salesforce Queues experience


  • Healthcare domain knowledge
  • Experience in the following: FinThrive AR optimizer support, implementation, or training
