Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Systems Integrator to play a critical leadership role in supporting the Government's mission to ensure the integrity and performance of complex, large-scale systems across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal agencies.

In this role, you'll lead the integration of systems-of-systems across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments-ensuring they function as a unified, secure, and reliable enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and support systems integration efforts across the NSG, ASG, and other federal organizations to enable the timely and accurate delivery of GEOINT.

  • Provide oversight of the end-to-end system landscape, with a strong understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.

  • Assist in planning and implementing technical solutions, using standardized processes and tools to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and integrity.

  • Oversee the preparation of engineering plans and technical site installation designs, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.

  • Guide and mentor mid- and junior-level system integrators, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Support the documentation and maintenance of integrated systems to ensure long-term operational stability and scalability.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

Required:
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field

    • OR 4 additional years of relevant experience (no degree)

    • OR 2 additional years of relevant experience (with a non-STEM degree)

  • Experience:

    • 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry

    • Proven work integrating complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments

  • Technical Skills:

    • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

    • Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices

    • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

  • Domain Expertise:

    • Experience supporting NGA, NSG, or ASG projects

    • Previous work on Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD programs

  • Clearance:

    • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Desired:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or a related STEM field

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
