What You'll Bring:

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a strategic partner to the Chief Global Solutions Officer (CGSO), providing high-level administrative and project support while anticipating needs and managing competing priorities with finesse.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • High level of initiative and independent judgment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred

Impact You'll Make:

As a trusted liaison between the CGSO and internal/external stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in enabling TransUnion's global success. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate high-priority meetings, and support strategic initiatives across the Global Solutions team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with the CGSO and their direct reports
  • Proactively manage calendars, meetings, and priorities with minimal direction
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and process expense reports and other administrative documentation
  • Organize and facilitate department meetings, town halls, and team celebrations
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, partners, and senior leadership

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
