Aerospace Inside Sales Manager

In this role you will manage our Inside Sales Representatives and be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that handle customer service inquires and problems via telephone and email. You will develop and monitor the application of system policies and procedures. You will be responsible to ensure the volume of work produced meets service standards and exceeds quality standards. In this role, you'll rotate on call responsibilities with the team. Limited travel may be required throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and promote safety awareness

• Be responsible for day-to-day management of inside customer sales activities

• Support Sales and Marketing Team and related functions for maintaining effective customer service

• Coordinate customer issues and ensure effective customer service and problem resolution

• Supervise order to cash transactional process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

• Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely information is provided while maintaining customer service standards

• Assist Inside Sales Representatives and Platform Sales Team in troubleshooting orders that require special handling

• Manage ISR activities associated with Accounts Receivables (AR) reconciliation to drive AR current terms adherence

• Oversee the management of all product returns administration activities

• Develop proactive strategies for dealing with customer service related problems and implement procedures and programs to drive continuous improvement actions for customer satisfaction

• Manage 24/7 support for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) occurrences for Transparencies customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in manager/supervisory role

• Previous customer service or marketing experience
