Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist 1

Shift: 1st Shift

Travel: Required across Ohio, 20%

Overview:

Looking for a Clinical Field Specialist to provide education and support for the Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio. Role involves intra-operative case coverage, staff training, in-service programs, and collaborating with sales teams to expand product use. Candidate will also validate software/hardware updates in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical education and case coverage in ICU, OR, and acute care areas
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions and in-service education programs
• Deliver clinical instructions to physicians and staff to ensure proper use of products
• Identify and train hospital staff champions on client products
• Collaborate with sales reps and managers to execute territory plans
• Validate software and hardware updates in the field
• Advocate with clinicians to expand product usage and improve patient outcomes

• 3+ years clinical experience in an acute care environment
• Associate's degree in nursing or related clinical field
• Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology

• Critical Care / Cardiac experience (TVC, CV ICU, CV OR)
• Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring
• Prior medical device or clinical sales support experience
• Ability to travel extensively
