University Health (UH) and University Health Physicians (UHP) are seeking an Organizational Culture & Project Specialist to play a key role in advancing our values-driven, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Excellence, this position provides high-level coordination, project management, and administrative support for strategic programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Support the design, development, and delivery of interactive training programs on topics such as inclusive excellence, psychological safety, communication, and cultural best practices. Engage with leaders and staff to tailor programming that drives meaningful behavior change.
- Culture Interventions: Assist in building tools and processes to help teams implement actions, track progress, and share best practices across the organization.
- Program Operations: Coordinate logistics for workplace culture programs and events, including workshops, ERG activities, and cultural initiatives (scheduling, communications, catering, AV, follow-up).
- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Serve as the primary point of contact for ERG leaders. Provide resources, tools, and guidance to strengthen impact while ensuring alignment with organizational culture goals.
- Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present cultural health and workforce engagement data; develop dashboards, reports, and benchmarking tools to measure impact.
- Communications & Resources: Draft and maintain engaging materials and resources to promote organizational culture initiatives and communicate shared values.
- Project & Administrative Support: Manage records, digital libraries, and special projects that contribute to institutional excellence.
Corporate-Wide Accountabilities
- Champion quality improvement, patient and staff safety, and cultural diversity.
- Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism in every interaction with patients, visitors, colleagues, and medical staff.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations, organizational policies, and training requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields: Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in training delivery, program support, or project planning-preferably within healthcare, higher education, or a mission-driven organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with collaboration/project management tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of polished materials for diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to balance both daily operations and long-term projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
