Pharmacy Manager

As a full time, exempt Pharmacy Manager with CPS Solutions, LLC at Fall River Health System, you will oversee all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and controlling activities according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will fill orders with accuracy and maintain security of the pharmacy and controlled substances along with the assistance and oversight of a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team atCPS, including experts in pharmacy operations, clinical administration, and regulatory compliance.

Schedule: This full time, exempt position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday day shift.

Starting salary range: $150K-$160K annually plus bonus, based upon related work experience.

About the Facility: Fall River Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, with services including a 24 hour Emergency Room, Laboratory, Radiology, Ultrasound, Rehabilitation, Surgery, Orthopedics, Behavioral Heath, Podiatry and Sleep Studies. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Degree - Bachelors or Pharm D from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Current and active South Dakota Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 3+ years recent experience as an inpatient Pharmacist
  • Recent pharmacy management experience preferred
  • Oversees and collaborates on the 340B Program
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other members of hospital and pharmacy staff

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
  • Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • HepB3 Series(or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st - April 30th
  • COVID Vaccine - Full
