Vice President of Marketing
Fortis Healthcare Solutions is the parent organization of some of the nation's fastest-growing healthcare and workforce brands: Adaptive Workforce Solutions, AB Staffing Solutions, Prime Time Healthcare, Prime Workforce Solutions, and Club Xcite. As we continue our rapid national growth, we're seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead our enterprise marketing strategy and drive powerful brand alignment, awareness, and innovation across all entities.
As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, creative direction, digital strategy, brand management, communications, and public relations for the Fortis portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive results through strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-level marketing strategy across all Fortis-owned brands to support growth, recruitment, and business development goals.
- Oversee and unify brand identity and positioning across all divisions while allowing each brand to maintain its unique tone and market presence.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals across design, digital, content, and strategy functions, building a culture of collaboration, creativity, and performance.
- Partner with senior leadership and executives to align marketing with company objectives, including revenue targets, partnerships, and operational growth.
- Drive the digital ecosystem, including social media, paid media, SEO, analytics, and content strategy, to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Own and evolve the Fortis corporate brand to reflect the company's values, culture, and mission across all communication channels.
- Oversee the development of marketing assets, including websites, campaigns, recruitment materials, internal communications, and brand collateral.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance to continuously optimize brand efforts across all platforms.
- Lead all public relations and media outreach efforts, building relationships that elevate brand credibility and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or multi-brand organizations.
- Proven ability to lead marketing teams and manage multiple brands within a parent organization or enterprise environment.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Experience working closely with executive teams and contributing to company-wide strategic decisions.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, analytics, and creative development.
- A high level of collaboration, adaptability, and entrepreneurial thinking.
