Qualifications Location Information:
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: The Contractor Services Supervisor's work environment includes office and field. Overnight travel may be required, for multiple days per week, depending on location of construction projects. Subject to call-out and overtime as required for emergency storm restoration and project work. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and to oversee physical workers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, general computer skills, proficiency with mobile devices, and proficiency with project construction schedules required. Strong leadership, management, analytical, communication and human relations skills preferred. Must be adaptable and flexible. Project and/or Construction Management skills preferred. Basic knowledge of APImaging, Maximo, SAWs, OTTC, and ArcGIS, systems preferred. Compensation Range: $86,400.00 - $133,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance. Director and above positions also include a Long-Term Incentive Plan and the option to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan.
