What You Will Do as a Manager, Sales and Marketing Solutions:

The Application Engineering Lead for Sales and Marketing Solutions will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of selling and marketing related technology products and services. This role involves strategic decision-making regarding technology investments to present business stakeholders with the best possible solution options to support the company's sales and marketing objectives. In additional to leading application engineering activities this role will operate as a Product Manager working collaboratively across all selling and marketing areas including business development, account management, brand management, marketing as well as other functional areas such as IT and finance, to deliver omni-channel solutions that align with the overall enterprise strategies for addressing both our consumer and B2B customers. This person will also perform the role of Product Owner for one or more sales and marketing products, with the mandate to build out a delivery team of internal and external resources as the demand for sales and marketing solutions grows.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy for sales and marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their sales and marketing capability needs, objectives and key results, and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions across products and capability areas to enhance sales and marketing capabilities.
  • Build and lead a team of engineering professionals (mixture of internal and external resources), providing guidance and support to design, build, and support sales and marketing solutions using modern technologies and delivery practices.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing solution architectures to support business operations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company informed on sales and marketing innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders (your customers) and external vendors (your suppliers)
  • As a Product Owner, manage delivery efforts in an agile product delivery operating model (including backlog prioritization, program increment (PI) and sprint planning, and user story development).

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing sales and marketing solution delivery initiatives and teams in a complex, multi-unit organization using a product operating model
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with sales and marketing management software, ERP systems, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the clothing manufacturing and apparel industry is a plus.
