The Engineering/Maintenance Technician 1 Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers

Requirements/Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and/or maintenance discipline) equivalent to 1 year of college; such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.



Basic, current knowledge of two specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal and regulatory stipulations and codes.

Salary Range: Minimum $28.47/hour - Maximum $47.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
