OFFICE SERVICES ASSISTANT Provide organized, consistent and effective project coordination support to designated Project Management Team members, and subcontractors. Qualifications: Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of office services or administrative experience
Preferred:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- 1+ years of construction experience

Office and Travel: Must be willing to work overtime as needed. This position is a hybrid position working three days at the project per week. Responsibilities and Tasks: Administrative Support
- Supports office administrative functions and coordination duties. Provides general corporate administrative assistance as requested.
- Assists with planning and coordinating office-wide processes such as facilities maintenance, equipment installations or repairs, and other events or projects with internal and external stakeholders. Receptionist backup as needed
- Process mail and UPS daily
- Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions.
- May assist with activities such as getting employee onboarding space ready for new hires and assisting with technology and other special projects.
- May be responsible for performing company database or system administration tasks, and data input.
Back-Up Project Management Support
- Process, organize, copy and file project management related forms and documents, including, but not limited to Bidding Process, Preconstruction support to estimating team & project team, Processing of Submittals, RFI's, Project Schedule Updates, Subcontracts, Professional Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, COI and Change Order Administration.
- Project team correspondence and communications
- Keep current set of plans updated
- Architect/Client based document management systems.
Other Duties as assigned
- Participate as an active member of the McGough Ellendale Team. Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities.
- Follow McGough standard Policies & Procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
