The Vice President Business Acquisition for ATF USA is responsible for co-developing and executing the business development strategy with special emphasis on business development, pipeline management and leading the tier one and region based key account management programs in the most effective, efficient and professional manner possible. Works to measure and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global and regional business focusing on return on investment parameters, win and capture rates, and effective and efficient expenditure of BA funds. Develops and maintains tier one, global Key Accounts, clients and customers through appropriate behavior, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Manages the Business Acquisition team.

  • Drives business development and sales efforts between the ATF Global Business Unit (GBU) and the USA RBU.
  • Develops the overall business acquisition vision and strategy for ATF and USA RBU to expand the company's business.
  • Executes global sales plan, delivers on business goals, and implements proactive change to improve sales performance and customer service.
  • Identifies and evaluates potential acquisition targets for the organization through conducting thorough market research, analyzing financial statement, and assessing the strategic fit with the target company.
  • Oversees the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and financial guidelines.
  • Directs the market research and analysis efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry, guiding the company's strategic direction accordingly.
  • Provides leadership to ensure that the work sold is resourced appropriately to ensure success throughout the lifecycle of the engagement (projects and programs).
  • Partners with marketing department and ATF marketing resources to ensure that the business development and sales collateral is regularly updated, and our messaging and brand is aligned for proposals, presentations, professional conferences, and other related engagements.
  • Represents the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate brand presence and forge new business connections.
  • Manages the business development team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and providing coaching to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Minimum Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required
  • 20+ years of experience

Preferred

  • Prior experience in the Construction and/or Engineering industry is required.
  • Prior sales leadership experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Results driven with proven sales track record
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
