The Y4 Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Clinical Clerkship Program within the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) department at the UCR School of Medicine. This position coordinates the placement, scheduling, assessment tracking, and logistical support for fourth-year medical students completing clinical rotations at affiliated healthcare sites. The Y4 Coordinator ensures compliance with accreditation standards and serves as a key liaison among students, faculty, and clinical partners.
The full salary range for Y4 Coordinator position is $31.16 - $47.39 hourly. However, the expected pay scale of this position is up to $37.32 hourly. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. This position will be fully onsite during the six-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of probation, it may be eligible for a hybrid schedule (three days onsite and two days remote per week). Overtime is occasionally required. | |
