Shift hours: 
 8-hour shifts 
  
   1st shift: 6:45 am to 3 pm2nd shift: 2:45 pm to 11 pm3rd shift: 10:45 pm to 7 amCurrently hiring for 3rd shift Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and emergency eventsPlant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Pay:

   Equipment Ownership including installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipmentIdentifying and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and/or electronic issuesProviding technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modificationOwn and manage DMS (Daily Management System) activities inside and outside of shift DDS (Daily Direction Setting)Management of work order, parts requisition, and data entry through understanding and use of Maximo Maintenance Management SystemUnderstanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenanceParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performanceSkillset and leadership development opportunities with a pay for skills program to achieve higher pay levels by developing and acquiring new skills from an "Equipment Ownership", "Process Ownership" and "Leadership" standpointAssist in training new employees What you have to offer: 
 Minimum of a high school education or GEDProficient in English2+ years (minimum) in industrial maintenance or related industry experience and/or equivalent education in a related field/industryBasic mechanical knowledge and understanding of PLC operation, electrical components and systems troubleshooting, including use of a multimeterBasic shop equipment (mill, lathe, grinder, presses, etc) preferredExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred Physical requirements: 
 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfacesAbility to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platformsAbility to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when requiredWilling and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environmentAbility to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditionsWilling to work around industrial high-speed moving machineryAbility to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment COMPANY OVERVIEW
