YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Production Trainer opportunity in our Guymon processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for training and developing the skills, abilities, and knowledge of the hourly production workforce within a specific area of operations. Ensures the processing plant is equipped with a workforce that optimizes the goals and objectives of operations while delivering quality products and services which meet our standards and customer requirements. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a processing plant production floor setting and minimal time in an office setting. The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, and exposure to airborne particles, chemicals, and gases at low concentrations.
