Identity and Access Management Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of an Information & Access Management (IAM) Analyst at Ardent is to work with various departments to help drive access control initiatives in support of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. The IAM Analyst role provides IAM expertise and guidance to various business units and works closely with IT and cybersecurity groups to gather identity and access management requirements to design and implement access controls across all systems in support of IT and cybersecurity strategies.

• Resolve assigned access management tasks and Incidents within defined service level agreements.
• Perform account provisioning and deprovisioning across multiple hospital systems.
• Assist with information management analysis for applications.
• Maintain user identity administration processes to support secure access controls.

Education & Experience:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in security provisioning, identity and access management, or a related IT support role.

Knowledge, Skills& Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and enterprise access management solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
