Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable person to perform inside janitorial work and outside groundskeeping for Aeon's 306-unit apartment community in Bloomington, MN, Blooming Meadows South. The main focus of this position will be to maintain a clean, well-maintained, enjoyable space for our residents. The Building Technician will report directly to the Senior Property Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The completion of all service requests as assigned by performing a wide variety of general cleaning and light maintenance and repair functions including:
Skills & Qualifications
Compensation, Hours & Location This position pays $18-$20 per hour depending on experience and skillset. In addition, Building Technicians at Aeon have NO On-Call! This full-time position follows a Monday - Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the assigned property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
