Description
The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie has been caring for children throughout the Hudson Valley for over 175 years! We strive to empower children and families to achieve optimal health and well being, and are looking for a Functional Family Therapy Supervisor in our Community Based Services Program. Position Summary: The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor will utilize the FFT model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18. The FFT Supervisor will be required to carry a caseload of, at minimum, five families. This position requires flexibility in hours to meet families when they are available.The FFT Supervisor will provide FFT supervision to the FFT clinicians within the CFTSS program. The FFT Supervisor will also be responsible for completing and documenting Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) evaluations within the CFTSS program. In addition to completing OLP evaluations, the FFT Supervisor will take on additional cases as needed to provide additional OLP services. Schedule:Monday - Friday minimum 35 hours with flexibility based on client needs, and rotating on-call responsibilities The Children's Home offers an outstanding benefit package which includes weekly pay, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a great work environment!
