  • Ensure rigorous safety compliance in all start-up and cleanliness-related activities, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

  • Manage documentation and reporting related to start-up progress, cleanliness inspections, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and quality assurance teams to coordinate schedules and align cleanliness and operational goals.

  • Identify and implement improvements in cleaning efficiency, safety, and effectiveness, contributing to continuous improvement and sustainable execution.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, presenting updates, risks, and recommendations clearly and concisely.

  • Mentor, develop, and lead project teams in alignment with Worley's inclusive, safety-first, and innovation-driven culture.
