Days of Work: Monday - Friday

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Location: On-Site (Mankato, MN)

Starting Salary: $81,147 - $113,606 annually

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Position Objective:

The divisional /scheduler is responsible for using the divisional master schedule, interplant transfers, and internal sales orders to assure adequate operating stock at all facilities by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain demand and forecast data within divisional scheduling tools.
  • Work with site-level scheduling managers to execute interplant transfers planned on the divisional master schedule.
  • Review and report site performance/execution of the divisional master schedule.
  • Own end-to-end responsibility of the internal sales order process.
    • Process interplant requisition and sales order requirements in Oracle.
    • Process interplant rework, repair, and OSP requirements in Oracle.
    • Maintain Oracle Work Bench assigned items while understanding the impact to inventory turns, shelf life, and physical storage needed.
    • Review interplant schedules with the operations and materials teams to ensure that overdue material/material shortages are tracked and expedited.
  • Initiate/implement continuous improvement/cost savings tasks.
  • Perform all other tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the Divisional Master Scheduler.

Experience/Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a scheduler role within a manufacturing organization.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of planning/scheduling.
  • Ability to operate with urgency to meet both external and internal customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or issues simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office; advanced user of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
