Job Description: AMA seeks to hire a motivated intern to support the NASA Disasters Project Office of the Disasters Response Coordination System (DRCS). The DRCS is a NASA-wide approach to leveraging the best of NASA's science expertise and technology to support operational disaster response organizations domestically and internationally. The intern will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to assist with inventorying data sets and assets available to support DRCS activations. This role will support the DRCS through research, data entry, reading and summarizing scientific documentation, and communicating with the DRCS team to accurately record capabilities. This intern opportunity is a term position supporting the DRCS in Hampton, Virginia or remote location as part of the Research, Science, and Engineering Services (RSES) contract. The hourly rate for this position is $24.33 - $33.50, depending on location and education. Responsibilities:
