We have an opportunity for a Global Sales Leader to lead and inspire a dynamic, global sales team for our Food & Beverage business. You will champion the growth of our revenue streams and drive the success of our three iconic industry-leading brands: Sudmo, BMF X-Flow, and Haffmans Quality Control.

You will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive sales.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold business ethics.
  • Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Strategic Accounts: Cooperate, coordinate regional campaigns, and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Lead regional teams and channel partners.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a global salesforce.
  • Set targets, KPIs, and incentives; foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Analyze markets for product positioning and pricing.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Manage large accounts and channel partners; oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Align sales with product management, marketing, engineering, and operations.
  • Provide market feedback for product development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Have earned a bachelor's (B.A. or B.S) degree in business, engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related field.
  • Have 10+ years of people leadership experience in sales, which will include global sales experience.
  • B2B sales experience in food & beverage industry experience required.
  • Strong sales process and funnel management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Multilingual Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other major languages is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing CRM, such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and leveraging insights for performance improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Travel:

  • 50% overnight international travel (home on the weekends).

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $159300 - $295900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as sales incentives.
