Job Summary The Treasury Analyst is responsible for daily cash management by initiating payments, reviewing and reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the cash pool is funded. This position administers the company's card programs, including ePayables, Purchase Cards, and AMEX (Travel and Expense). The Treasury Analyst provides internal support for bank administration, month-end reporting, Travel & Expense card administration, and support for the company's ePayables program. The role involves extensive communication internally across all levels of the organization as well as with key company suppliers. This position requires strong communication, analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities Supports the Company's Purchase Card, Travel Card and e-Payables Card Payment Program. Performs Daily Cash Management and the liquidity functions including cash pooling, payment initiation and reconciliation. Assist with the monthly Treasury closing Activities. Responds and take action on Treasury Email Inbox and address or assign issues. Process MDG-S (Master Data Governance-Suppliers) requests. Collaborate and interact with other functions such as Accounts Payable, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Shared Service Center and other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to execute core deliverables. Manages account analysis/bank fees. Support Cash Forecasting for liquidity planning and decision making. Support Treasury projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' related experience (Treasury or Corporate Finance) Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or related healthcare industry experience is a plus. Extensive computer skills and working with databases (preferably within the SAP environment) are required. Formal SAP training a plus. Intermediate skill set with MS Office (Excel, Word). Familiarity and experience with online banking systems and other treasury systems required Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Excellent organization and follow-through skills. Analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
