Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Commercial Print Manager to oversee all aspects of digital printing operations, from prepress to production and delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of digital printing technologies, commercial print workflows, Finishing and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of digital print production and finishing, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budget expectations are met.

* Oversee the operation, maintenance, and calibration of digital presses (e.g., HP Indigo, Konica AccurioPress, Xerox iGen, Canon, etc.).

* Coordinate workflow and job scheduling across departments including prepress, print, finishing, and delivery.

* Implement quality control procedures to ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations.

* Evaluate and recommend new technologies or process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

* Monitor inventory levels of paper, toner, and other supplies; manage vendor relationships.

* Lead, train, and mentor print production staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of digital print equipment, software (e.g., Fiery Command WorkStation, XMPie, InDesign, Acrobat), and finishing processes.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced production environment.

* Understanding of color management, print resolution, substrates, and file preparation.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

* Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.

"The pay range for this position starts at $65000.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
