Overview

The Judge Group is seeking a driven and experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals in temporary assignments across the country. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that allows you to make a direct impact on patient care by connecting skilled clinicians with healthcare facilities in need.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified travel RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals using job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and referral networks
  • Engage with healthcare-specific job boards to identify top travel talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians to ensure a consistent and reliable talent pipeline
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and alignment with client needs
  • Negotiate pay packages, travel stipends, and assignment details with candidates
  • Partner with account managers and clients to understand assignment requirements and ensure successful placements
  • Collaborate with compliance and credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verification
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all documentation is up to date


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel healthcare staffing
  • Proven success placing travel nurses and/or allied health professionals in temporary assignments
  • Ability to manage multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance for travel roles is a plus
