Implementation Specialist- Cyber Vault

Role: Implementation Specialist

Type of position: Contract 24 months, w2

Location: Onsite Lansing, MI

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist for a contract supporting a customer. As part of the Advantage team, you will be provided with weekly pay, 401k, medical, vision and dental options while on contract. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementation and overseeing Cyber Vault in customer facing role.

Responsibilities**

• Oversee daily Cyber Vault operations
• Manage PowerProtect Cyber Recover Manager processes
• Ensure Data Domain replication integrity and health system

• Monitory and analyze Cyber Sense logs, escalating alerts as needed (Resident will not take direct action on alerts)

• Optimize Cyber Vault components for seamless operations
• Assess the impact of customer-initiated hardware/software changes, including patching
• Support recovery and restore operations under customer direction
• Provide knowledge transfer to enhance customer proficiency in vault operations

• Review backup set reports, Cyber Sense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.).

Requirements**

• MUST HAVE Experience with Cyber Vault experience
• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC products, especially:
  
  
  
  • PowerProtect DD (Data Domain)
  • PowerProtect Cyber Recovery software
  • Networker, Avamar, or Data Protection Suite
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of backup retention policies, replication, and recovery orchestration
• Familiarity with CyberSense integration for threat detection in backups
